Title: Application Engineer

Tasks（工作内容）:

·        Fabrication of OLEDtest cells by vacuum deposition as defined by experimental plan, includingsubstrate cleaning, pretreatment, layer deposition, encapsulation, etc.

·        根据实验计划，制作OLED测试片，负责实验前期准备，包括基板清洗，预处理，蒸镀和封装

·        Characterization ofOLED tests cells (voltage-current-luminance, EL-spectrum, lifetime)

·        负责OLED测试片的表征，包括IVL， EL和寿命的数据更新

·        Managing of stocks(materials, spare parts, OLED devices, etc.)

·        负责实验室日常维护，管理库存，仪器配件，OLED器件，等

·        Documentation ofprocesses and results

·        负责操作流程和实验结果的报告归档

·        Organization andoptimization of workflow concerning OLED deposition and measurement within thedefined test plan

·        负责在确定的OLED器件制作和表征中流程优化和实验载量最大化

·        Identification oferrors or abnormalities in processes or results

·        记录实验室仪器警报内容，归纳解决，保障仪器平稳运作

·        Suggestion ofimprovements concerning processes or equipment

·        优化仪器结构和操作流程

·        Ensuring theoperational availability of tools and equipment by regular maintenance (e.g.cleaning of machine parts, exchange of sensors, checking material stock,consumables, etc.)

·        负责对仪器的定期维护，包括擦拭仪器配件，更换晶振片，查看材料库存和坩埚库存等

Education/Knowledge（教育/技能）:

·        Graduate degree inphysics, engineering or related subjects

·        物理，工程或相关专业硕士

·        Basic knowledge inoptics and electronics, ideally knowledge in setup and working principle ofOLEDs

·        对光电行业有基础认识，对OLED器件的原理有深入了解

·        Basic IT knowledge,familiar with MS Office

·        基础电脑操作

·        Basic knowledge inEnglish

·        基础口语
