Descriptions
New Product Introduction integrator will be responsible for leading factory core readiness team to partner together with Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD) team, Manufacturing Development Organization (MDO) for flawlessly Assembly and Test process transfer and startup as well as product introduction and ramp to meet Time to Market expectation. Responsibilities will include but not limited: Establishing transfer plan/milestones, leading factory early engagement team to receive the process/equipment/product/automation from ATTD. Integrate and coordinate matching and factory certification activities. At the same time, drive and influence ATTD, MDO on equipment, process and product development to enable smooth start up. The candidate will act as factory single voice in transfer forums which is highly matrix environment. The candidate will be expected to develop a technical understanding of the program components and processes to enable effective decision making. The candidate will also be expected to drive continuous process improvements, focus on quality, providing comprehensive transfer update status, and lead to resolve priority conflicts and execution roadblocks. Demonstrate capability of problem solving to lead cross function teams for interaction issues until we find clear owner for root cause.

Qualified applicant must have a BS and / or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar technical degree. Additional qualifications include:
1.Strong leadership skills and problem solving skills.
9 Q' R' g9 Y. q2.Proven Program Management skill / experience in leading large programs is highly desirable.
2 {" w. P3 `5 k5 ~0 Y3.Excellent communication and influencing skills
4.Assy and Test experience in semi-conductor industry is preferable,
