Job Description:# i" A" R% l) e8 M# Q6 D) b
/ y* [/ L& R; @1 @: F, Q& LThis Intern position is to support Intel Business HR Department in Chengdu. The main responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including but not limited to new hire on-board, Manager Training, HR development activities, Leadership Development Program etc.
0 o& ?6 u* `) G# y2. Support HR control & compliance Program in the area of communication, process, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc.) L; T- q0 m; J b6 ?$ F
3. Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility and cross-china event coordination.# q1 S$ K6 ], s% X) d0 U# U6 }
& L6 ]$ P" k3 CQualification
m$ N1 c9 j0 L' v" T/ P% o+ ^* J/ D; E
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Management including but not limit to Human Resource, Management, Marketing.
% E; `% }/ s, R7 [" ^" E2.Expertise or experience in HR including talent management, talent development, recruiting, HR communication etc.
! j* ^0 I) e3 u3 z3.Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school1 H" @ V: W1 @% o
4.Detail orientation
