JobDescriptions:

- Responsible for the management, planningand delivery of site construction projects safely, on schedule, within budgetand quality with proper close out.

- Working closely with Senior ProjectManager in the daily site coordination of Tools Install activities which covertool move in, utilities installation & hook-up, Safety Level (SL) signoffco-ordination, scope change requests and tool crating and move out.

- Working together with Senior ProjectManager in the coordination of Progressive Build/Base Build activities whichcover capacity upgrade and utility distribution, including building retrofit& construction.

- Establishing key relationships with theArchitecture & Engineering (AE), General Contractor (GC), 3rd party QualityAssurance Quality Control (QAQC) and Project Stakeholders in ensuring smoothproject execution according to schedule, quality and change controls.

- Required to work closely with groups ofStakeholders/Customers , Finance, Procurement to ensure successfully deliveryof solutions.

- Responsible for all aspects of projectsafety performance in accordance with Intel's safety culture, adhering toconstruction EHS requirements especially working in clean room productionenvironment and ensuring project execution/delivery meet Intel's EHS guidelineand local government's EHS requirements, leading the incident investigationwhen needed.

Qualifications:

Master or Bachelor degree majoring in anEngineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or equivalent).

- Excellent both written & verbalcommunication and presentation skills

- Demonstrated ability to work in a teamenvironment.

- Proficient with Microsoft* OfficeApplications-

- Ability to work effectively as anindividual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team player.

- Ability to communicate strategic andtactical concepts across a wide range of employees; engineering peers,operational technicians to management.
