$ @  P# R. S! s$ Z+ B* q- Responsible for the management, planning and delivery of site construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget and quality with proper close out.
7 J; B: y- M, v7 x0 S0 g- Working closely with Senior Project Manager in the daily site coordination of Tools Install activities which cover tool move in, utilities installation & hook-up, Safety Level (SL) signoff co-ordination, scope change requests and tool crating and move out.
* a# r' a$ J. `1 p; N- Working together with Senior Project Manager in the coordination of Progressive Build/Base Build activities which cover capacity upgrade and utility distribution, including building retrofit & construction.
3 u# p5 H- E7 O7 t- Establishing key relationships with the Architecture & Engineering (AE), General Contractor (GC), 3rd party Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) and Project Stakeholders in ensuring smooth project execution according to schedule, quality and change controls.
- Required to work closely with groups of Stakeholders/Customers , Finance, Procurement to ensure successfully delivery of solutions.
5 V; g$ ?8 v9 I% S) l  v5 {- Responsible for all aspects of project safety performance in accordance with Intel’s safety culture, adhering to construction EHS requirements especially working in clean room production environment and ensuring project execution/delivery meet Intel’s EHS guideline and local government’s EHS requirements, leading the incident investigation when needed.

Qualifications:
7 S: q" P. S; ZMaster or Bachelor degree majoring in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or equivalent).
- Excellent both written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
$ c/ M, m6 e- z6 y4 W- Proficient with Microsoft* Office Applications-
+ ]$ V. w+ ^8 a( ?# K7 W( a  U- Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team player.
