3 M/ [% n, i; ~4 p& Z4 W! o  K7 A-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
/ R) C9 n/ [: l7 k4 o+ Y8 O4 R-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
0 d0 |7 I- h! l. l) b+ o* F9 J# E- C-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

Qualification/requirement:
-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
- m. z' }8 S' [, C; t-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
6 [& O7 p$ v) l2 x-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
-Preferable candidate who is going to graduate in Y2018.
