Job Description

-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
. x" Z  X1 s! P/ ~: ?-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
- Q; T/ r  r& I-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
8 A; G0 X2 G0 `; \. N* G. `2 d% q4 l-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

Qualification/requirement:
, C  F# `7 A) @% Y-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
* S( B$ P$ k/ U" J4 K-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
+ e1 ~7 F8 ]3 P! q-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
