Job Description
1 `) r" ^1 ~: W-Support manufacture Win-client PC service
-OS build and PC deployment
-OS/Hardware/Network trouble shooting
/ @* H, i' }+ ^; e-Support printer/scanner and other hardware related service request
-Maintain ghost image and disk clone request

, Y! v- g" @+ P4 ?: C' g# BSkills Required
6 g2 h* p, o+ F* i7 J; M0 |-Familiar with WinXP/Win7/Win10 operating system, able to build Win clients and configure IP/Gateway/DNS
-Able to assemble PC, and familiar with all PC hardware parts
9 R2 l! i8 o* I: Z) p-Familiar with PC/Printer and other hardware trouble shooting skills
-Able to trouble shooting windows OS issues, and familiar with domain controller concept and group policy
2 C0 Z. U! `1 l& T$ v4 s-Familiar with Ghost image, and disk clone
8 [9 @4 V  q7 Z* F/ d( {' m-Good English communication skills.
-Computer Science major bachelor degree
