M2 }; l7 l9 H0 V& }) I5 m5 ]) K1 p-Responsible for coordinating DSDP technical training program,  including training class arrangement, executing training plan, instructor & trainee time coordination, training effectiveness analysis, training record up to date.  Other tasks & assignments which are related to training program also will be training engineer scope.

Qualification
-Double E, CS or engineering background;
, i8 c( m9 l# Q) ?5 t+ C-passion to teach or share to help people development;
  d" h/ p) Z0 L2 n5 @0 d-good communication skills and stakeholder management skills;
; @* @) A2 w6 s% {; @7 N9 U$ f-Written/oral English skills should be good for communications;
0 F& T5 z, c+ w7 J) j# N0 x9 G# F-Project management experience will be a plus;
-Coding skills or Data base skills should be a plus.
