This Intern position is to support Intel Business HR Department in Chengdu. The main responsibilities include:
) a' n; B* L) h7 p+ u; Z/ }/ s$ H3 }# k
1. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including but not limited to new hire on-board, Manager Training, HR development activities, Leadership Development Program etc.
. H6 X9 u: L2 v2. Support HR control & compliance Program in the area of communication, process, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc.
3 j) I' r& I8 r! q8 ^3. Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility and cross-china event coordination.

1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Management including but not limit to Human Resource, Management, Marketing. m( I/ Y8 o" q" |0 A) y
2.Expertise or experience in HR including talent management, talent development, recruiting, HR communication etc.

5.Able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
