英文水平良好

- e/ }) ~3 O' T' s良好的沟通能力
极佳的工作积极性，对待工作认真负责并且能在压力下高效完成工作

有相关房地产实习或工作经历优先考虑
  @7 f" F! ]  k( K$ b3 h1 _房地产，财务管理，会计，企业管理和国际贸易专业优先考虑

Working responsibilities:
Retail real estate market research (using internet, site inspection and interview real estate industry staffs)
Prepare report based on market research either in Chinese or in English

Real estate related internship and working experience preferred
