* h6 a. {) i8 w  J/ U  WSpecific Knowledge/Skills
1)        Master degree in Computer Science, EE or Telecommunication
5 L6 q" g* O* C$ B2)        Strong Knowledge on .net platform & OO methodology
* O  k3 v+ Z2 ?, d- ~' P9 w, v0 H3)        Proficient in Java or C# programming language
4)        Experience in OO programming thinking and UML practice is preferred
5)        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
( t0 C: N5 h$ q4 P/ S! `4 m6)        Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
7)        Having one of following experience will be a plus:
