find a spoken English partner

A month later, I will take my IELTS exam, so I am very urgent to find a partner. This summer holiday is a very good time to impove both of ours English speaking ability.
I don't know whether there are some students who also have this kind of thought.
I am looking forward to hear someone's reply.
