5 m1 v$ z2 t3 i6 X3 CGeneral Purpose:
! Z8 }4 F  \/ _Work as Software Engineer in OSS R&D team, responsible for S/W Design, Implementation, Integration & Verification, and S/W Maintenance. Co-operate with other function teams to make sure the software can be delivered on time with high quality under agile operation mode in Network Management domain.

: s5 I( G" r' ^, t4 e, \& yMain Responsibility Areas:
7 Y' Q- L2 I# L- Overall dev and/or test responsibility of assigned areas (e.g. features)
- Plans, designs and executes items in own area.
9 G* c+ d$ R, z+ f3 d; n- Participate work effort estimation and deliverable review in own area.
- Perform system level problem isolation and resolution (i.e. Apply knowledge and experience to
determine root cause and solution)
9 ?1 s2 Z4 _1 J4 V% g- Is responsible for sharing knowledge in his/her expertise area.
- Give input to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
- Solid Java programming knowledge and experience
7 S4 q) Z# ]9 W- Good DB (e.g. Oracle), Linux/Unix, ClearCase/SVN knowledge and experience
: ?, Z9 O  i2 j* S: y- Agile and Iterative S/W development experience
& }/ s. X) W* |  N+ m" D- Strong system level troubleshooting and problem solving skills
6 l/ j+ G( J. J' V9 E- Knowledge of script languages, like Perl, Shell, Python script
. r5 I4 w# j& Z+ B: J* t- S/W Testing experience is a plus
( O/ w& F6 X( C8 O- Telecommunication and network management (e.g. TMN, SNMP, Web Service) knowledge is a plus
  W/ H* i; Q! Q- ]0 k- (A)TDD and Test automation experience is a plus
9 T# D9 ]3 |& A- z; ~, _7 v  R) w- Fluent spoken and written English skill
4 a1 R# N6 W4 v( W3 X9 j7 G5 D- Master (1+ years’ experience) or Bachelor (1+ years’ experience) degree in S/W engineering, Computer science or Telecommunication
