Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the management, planning and delivery of site construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget and quality with proper close out.
: W% L) n% ?9 I" K- Working closely with Senior Project Manager in the daily site coordination of Tools Install activities which cover tool move in, utilities installation & hook-up, Safety Level (SL) signoff co-ordination, scope change requests and tool crating and move out.
- Working together with Senior Project Manager in the coordination of Progressive Build/Base Build activities which cover capacity upgrade and utility distribution, including building retrofit & construction.
5 n% h2 S8 P/ O# |- Establishing key relationships with the Architecture & Engineering (AE), General Contractor (GC), 3rd party Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) and Project Stakeholders in ensuring smooth project execution according to schedule, quality and change controls.
' }6 T8 m  C9 P. ^: ^- s  x- Required to work closely with groups of Stakeholders/Customers , Finance, Procurement to ensure successfully delivery of solutions.

Y" r1 |  g4 `* n- Responsible for all aspects of project safety performance in accordance with Intel’s safety culture, adhering to construction EHS requirements especially working in clean room production environment and ensuring project execution/delivery meet Intel’s EHS guideline and local government’s EHS requirements, leading the incident investigation when needed.

Master or Bachelor degree majoring in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or equivalent).
' h. U+ _/ f( i4 ?- Excellent both written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft* Office Applications-
- Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team player.
- Ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across a wide range of employees; engineering peers, operational technicians to management.
