职位描述

JOBDESCRIPTION:
- Play a critical role in meeting corporate goals with your experience todevelop ATE test hardware + software to support IC design center;
- w9 }0 X1 L- ^* u& P5 }0 T9 t5 J6 M- To develop/convert/migrate hardware + software between test systems toincrease test coverage and production throughput;
3 b: {8 j+ h! N; K% B- Enhance the existing test techniques for maximum test quality to minimizecustomer returns and to reduce test time;
- To customize existing test hardware to PCBs for test repeatability, costeffective, maintenance and productive debugging;
; r/ C  R, `) T, Y- To procure essential instruments to continuously upgrade test engineering labfor bench-to-tester correlation;
- To develop software tools to reduce test program development cycle time byautomating generation of test programs from libraries of proven test methods;
- Setup/transfer new products and technology for production off-load atoff-shore.

( l) d0 j9 U2 o) y, IQUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE/MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering;
- Knowledge of ATE testing is essential;
- Working experience in fast pace semi-conductor manufacturing environment;
/ a) b, D, w* _( e+ N- Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude;
- Willing to travel at short notice;
- B0 H( p9 z' Q$ e4 z, ~. W; J- Experience in Mixed Signals and RF testing is preference;
- Good written and oral communications skills;
  q( k9 y, J- i" S+ G( s- _- Knowledgeable in Teradyne J750 Catalyst or Advantest 93K ATE systems;
( K0 X% k% t$ D1 M* e- Able to understand, debug, modify and improve test program;
9 ~. ~( J/ [' N+ [- Able to manage sub-contractors at different locations;
; L4 ?( s' W; Q% _: \- Circuit Design (IC) background will be taken as an additional qualification.
