Minimum Qualification Skills (Must Have Skills):
( L4 R, x" [# F8 f8 A0 K! z-Candidate must be a postgraduate student of business management, public administration, journalism, graphic design, multimedia/advertising, or communication degree.
( ^! m: A& i" M9 P3 Z0 a1 m-Strong written communication skills in English and Mandarin with good conversational English language.
0 s) O# @! w; n1 q- f-Candidates should possess strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite).
0 s" i. D1 w: ^% a+ {7 `" ]-Good IT skill in webpage development and Photoshop.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have Skills):
Candidate who has an engineering technical background is a plus.
- Experience in writing and editing experience is an advantage.

5 y, Z) n1 U# ]5 t5 [  j- Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems;
