Job description proposal:
% ~0 \7 O% O3 ]. d-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
3 C' c% p) R  d: b7 g) T3 C' L. H-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
' j4 d) `  y- @( n( Q' b$ O0 b-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
- \' a9 ~+ S4 [% r-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
* O. ]8 W0 `3 O-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

Qualification/requirement:
" w# Y; x# p( i7 L% |$ L6 i-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
* `# v$ p9 x1 T7 V# N  b-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
/ v9 F* u& j$ n, T5 @-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
