Description
9 V: _0 o. p9 \Process Yield Integrator is responsible for monitoring whole line Process Induced Yield Loss, finding root cause and navigating process improvement plan.
. ~1 j+ k$ H. k+ |5 p2 TYour responsibilities will include but not be limited to ; c" ?* Z$ x, Y6 \8 s3 U/ `
-Identifying the yield improvement opportunities through Modular Based Problem Solving and managing the yield improvement roadmap. 9 j7 ]4 |% L1 b5 U# K6 e! T
-Working closely with Technology Development Team/Die Prepare manufacturing/Module/Manufacturing/Material to identify and fix the causes of yield loss 9 }5 f7 w% k7 O" E; R, h
-Actively engage excursion management
! ^9 i0 X$ n, s
" f5 J: ]  r! k% g% N! Q7 n/ i: HQualifications6 ^, V$ e7 f2 [2 P5 m
You must possess a Master or Bachelor degree in engineering background; Additional qualifications include:
9 V' K6 M3 s# f# N/ a-A good understanding on Assembly/Test process, PCS, Excursion Management, Data Extraction and Data Analysis Tools.
* o  G4 N$ t+ e# @-Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills $ O6 X6 m+ ^" M) g# p) L+ H" k
-Good analytical capabilities as well as a solid teamwork orientation and outstanding communication skills # m4 a- ]! M- x# b) B* r8 a
-Self-motivated, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
# X6 |& ~- O% ?$ Z
( P+ A9 U4 J: q) m. ~" K* DThis is a full time college graduate position. It’s suitable for student who is going graduated in Y16 or Y17./ {2 ?% o# |5 h$ ^# r
